Our non-profit organization provides community support work both here at home and abroad. We are able to do this through the help of our volunteers. Today we want to thank our volunteers for all the help that they continue to provide at the local, regional, and international levels. We are also thankful for the help that we continue to receive from so many groups. Our organization has received help from Churches, Community Support Clubs, our Financial Donors, our Business Partners, and Others. Without the help from all of these groups and individuals our organization would not be where it is today.

We still rely on all of these volunteers and all of these groups to help our organization on an on-going basis.

Within our organization we also established some early accounting guidelines. For example, each check received by our non-profit organization, Remede-Me, Inc., is stamped “For Deposit Only”. We then make a copy of the check and attach a copy to that month’s accounting records. The check is then deposited into the bank account for our non-profit.

For our on-line PayPal financial donations, a similar process is followed where that month’s PayPal report is attached to our accounting records.  And for every check that is written from our non-profit bank account, two banking signatures are required.

With putting these accounting guidelines in order from the beginning, we were able to help assure our financial donors that their donations are being protected, and the proceeds are being used for their intended purposes.
